Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ecowarrior, Inc., doing business as TeraHealth (“TeraHealth,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you use teraCoach, our GLP-1 companion app, and this website (together, the “Services”). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Who This Policy Applies To
teraCoach is a consumer app for adults taking, or about to start, a GLP-1 medication. It helps you build habits around food, activity, sleep and side-effect self-care. This policy applies to:
- App users. People who create a teraCoach account, on either the teraCoach plan (with the AI GLP-1 Coach) or the teraCoach Plus plan (which adds a health coach and a fitness coach).
- Waitlist and website visitors. People who browse this website, join the waitlist or contact us.
teraCoach is not connected to any prescriber, pharmacy, telehealth provider or drug manufacturer. You sign up for it yourself.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account and contact details: name, email address, state of residence, login credentials and communication preferences.
- Treatment information you enter: which GLP-1 you take, whether it is branded or compounded, your dose, your injection day and which week of treatment you are on. You enter this yourself, and we do not verify it.
- Health and wellness information: age, height, weight, foods you avoid or are allergic to, how active you are, goals, sleep, and symptoms you have had.
- Logs and check-ins: injections, meals, workouts, weight, side effects and how you are feeling.
- Messages: what you write to the AI GLP-1 Coach and, on teraCoach Plus, to your health coach and fitness coach.
- Waitlist details: your name, email, state, the plan you are interested in and the medication you take. We collect the medication only after you agree to it with the consent checkbox on the waitlist form.
Information from services you connect
If you choose to connect them, we receive information from identity providers (such as Google or Apple), wearables, grocery services and payment processors.
Information collected automatically
Device and browser type, IP address, general location and app activity, plus cookie data in the app. On this website, our hosting provider and our bot-protection provider receive your IP address and browser details when you visit or join the waitlist. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect which pages you view, how you got here, and whether you opened or completed the waitlist. See the Cookies section below.
How We Use Information
- To build your plan: create your Today, Protocol and Log from your medication, dose, treatment week, goals and preferences, and update them when you change an answer.
- To coach and support you: power the AI GLP-1 Coach, deliver coaching from your human coaches on Plus, and send reminders, updates and check-ins.
- To provide recipes and meal plans that fit your targets and dietary needs.
- To connect services you choose, such as turning your plan into a grocery list.
- To improve the Services: analyze usage and outcomes, mostly in aggregate or de-identified form.
- To communicate with you about the Services and your waitlist request, including marketing you can opt out of.
- To protect the Services and meet legal duties: prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our terms and comply with the law.
How Our Technology Uses Your Information
- Rules, not AI, make clinical choices. Plan recommendations follow rules held in curated clinical knowledge bases, for example which foods suit your goals, or what to try on the days after a shot.
- Language models only explain. The AI GLP-1 Coach uses language models to combine those rule outputs and explain them in plain language, inside your plan. Language models do not create clinical rules or protocols. The coach is an AI, not a human, doctor, dietitian or therapist.
- No automated medical decisions. We do not prescribe, dose or adjust medication, and the AI GLP-1 Coach never recommends a medication or a change in dose. Those decisions stay with your own prescriber.
- Model training. We do not use identifiable health information to train AI models. We may use de-identified or aggregate information to improve our rules and Services. Service providers that run language models for us may use your information only to provide that service to us.
Health Privacy Laws
teraCoach is not a doctor, pharmacy, health plan or other healthcare provider, and it is not connected to your prescriber. The information you give us is not a medical record held by a healthcare provider, so HIPAA is not expected to apply to it. We handle it under this policy and the state health-data laws that apply to you.
Your own prescriber, pharmacy and other providers have their own privacy practices for the information you share with them. This policy does not cover them.
Where We Store Information
We store app information in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Waitlist sign-ups are stored by Tally in the European Union, on servers in Germany with backups in Finland. Cloudflare, Vercel and Google may process website, bot-check and analytics data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information while your account is active, and afterwards as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and audit duties, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Choices and Rights). De-identified information may be kept longer.
How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, staff training and confidentiality agreements. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information, including your treatment details, which you can also change in the app;
- delete your information;
- withdraw consent you have given, including consent to process health information;
- opt out of marketing messages;
- appeal if we decline your request.
To make a request, use the contact form at tera.health. We will verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Consumer Health Data
Some state laws, such as those of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, protect consumer health data. The health information we collect is listed above, along with how we use it and whom we share it with. We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or as needed to provide the Services you asked for, and you can use the rights above for it.
On the waitlist, the medication you take is consumer health data. We ask for your consent with a separate checkbox before you submit it, use it only to plan your access to teraCoach and contact you about it, and store it with Tally as described above. You can withdraw that consent and ask us to delete it at any time through the contact form at tera.health.
Because this website is about GLP-1 medications, a record of your visit could suggest something about your health. That is why analytics run only after you accept them, and why we never send analytics providers what you enter in the waitlist.
Children
The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and notify you of material changes through the app or by email. We will ask for your consent before using health information in a materially different way.
